UltraSkill Tech Home offers in-home services from 9am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week, nationwide. Remote tech support and our chat support staff is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
As we continue to adapt our business in response to COVID-19 our support business hours have changed.
Effective Monday, April 6, 2020 our new support business hours will be from 7am-Midnight EST, Monday through Sunday.

Can I Take More than One Plan at a Time?
One individual can have only one active subscription at a time. However, if you are looking to take plan for someone else, you can always take more than on plan.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
We request you to wait for 1-2 hours as at times it takes some time to confirm the payment. However, if even after an hour payment status is not confirmed, please contact our customer support.
